About this Event
Welcome to the ranch for a grounding afternoon in nature and connection with horses. In this small-group experience, you’ll have time to slow down, settle into the present moment, and spend meaningful time with the animals. Horses offer a calm, nonjudgmental presence that can help us feel more grounded and reflect on what we’re ready to notice, feel, or release. Through guided meditation and sound, we’ll create space for rest, connection, and renewal.
WHAT WE WILL BE DOING
I begin this gathering with an Opening Circle followed by guiding the group through hands-on connection with a horse, meditation and sound healing -- each experience opens up opportunities for individualized attention, integration and deep nervous-system reset. After connecting once more in a Closing Circle, we will go on a short walk to visit some very special animals: a sweet gang of silly girl goats, and beloved George + Hank the mini-donkeys who will snuggle into your shoulders and hug you!
