About Claudio
Claudio is a third-generation multi-instrumentalist from Mexico City, now based in Wellington. Born into a musical family, he began his journey early and formally trained as a classical guitarist. His career has spanned Montreal, Europe, and Asia, where he deeply explored Jazz, World, and Spiritual music styles.
While traveling through Nepal and India, Claudio discovered Indian classical music, the yoga tradition, and the art of Tibetan singing bowls in Kathmandu and Varanasi. With over a decade of dedicated sound healing practice, Claudio blends voice, gongs, flutes, bansuri, sitar, esraj, and singing bowls to create transformative auditory experiences.
