Sound Healing & Cacao w/ Kelvin Young, CPSRP
Join us for an evening of sacred rest and rejuvenation at the Bridge Healing Arts Center. Immerse yourself in the transformative power of sound healing and the heart-opening essence of cacao. Our cacao is ethically sourced from heirloom Ecuadorian and Peruvian farms and crafted with 100% organic, fair-trade ingredients, honoring both the land and the people who steward this ancient medicine.
Cacao Love is a nourishing blend of ancient superfoods, including cacao, cacao butter, monk fruit extract, reishi, ashwagandha, cinnamon, cardamom, cayenne, and Himalayan salt. Rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and essential nutrients, cacao supports mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being—earning its place as a sacred superfood used for centuries in rituals and healing.
Guided by Kelvin Young, CPSRP, this experience blends sound healing and cacao’s ancestral wisdom to create a deeply restorative journey. We also offer a consent-based group share, recognizing that healing unfolds when people feel seen, heard, and felt. Sharing is always optional, and participants are invited to engage at their own pace in a supportive, non-judgmental space rooted in safety, presence, and care.

What to bring: mat, blanket, pillows and anything else to be comfortable while you're lying on the floor during the meditation (some mats and blankets available to borrow)

Parking: Be sure to enter "The Bridge Healing Arts Center" in your GPS, and make sure it states FARMINGTON…Entrances and Parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says "304 Main Street". Follow the driveway all the way to the very back (long set of buildings) where it ends in a circle. Park there and use the rear entrance at the end of a ramp. Follow signs to the Awakening Room.See less
