Are you feeling overloaded by daily stress, mental chatter, or physical tension? Join us at the Colorado Health & Wellness Center for a deeply restorative, multi-sensory healing experience designed to melt away stress and bring your body back into natural alignment.
Led by licensed acupuncturist and musician Melanie Fernandi, this unique group session combines gentle acupuncture meridian support with the acoustic vibrations of sound therapy to help you drop out of "fight-or-flight" and into deep calm.
What You Will Experience:
- Acupuncture & Acupressure Support: Gentle acupuncture point placement tailored to calm the nervous system and unblock stagnant energy. (Non-needle magnetic acupressure is available upon request!)
- Immersive Sound Bath: Rich acoustic vibrations using crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, vocal toning, and medicine songs that quiet busy minds.
- Collective Coherence: The power of healing in community. Gathering with shared intention allows nervous systems to coregulate and drop into deeper stillness together.

What to Bring
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to lower arms and legs.
- Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, small pillow, or eye mask (and anything else you need) for your comfort lying down.

Melanie Fernandi is a Licensed Acupuncturist, sound practitioner, and musical artist passionate about weaving together oriental medicine, acoustic sound vibration, and collective intention to facilitate profound physical and emotional healing.
