About this Event
In my Sound Healing sessions, I create a gentle, sacred space for you to melt into stillness and reconnect with yourself. As you lie down—supported by cushions, blankets, and the safety of the space—the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments move through your body, releasing tension, clearing stagnant energy, and guiding you into deep rest.
You can expect to feel held, calm, and deeply nurtured. Many people drift into a meditative state, some feel emotional release, others experience warmth, tingles, or a sense of lightness. However your journey unfolds, it is always perfect, and you are supported exactly where you are.
At the end of the session, I offer an optional oracle card pull if you feel called to receive guidance, clarity, or a message from your heart.
And because the location is so beautiful and grounding, you’re welcome to stay afterwards for a coffee or breakfast—either with me or someone you came with—allowing your energy to gently settle while you soak in the peaceful surroundings.
These sessions are a loving invitation to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and return home to yourself. All you need to bring is an open heart… I’ll take care of the rest.
