About this Event
Experience the power of vibration and sound at Sound Healing, a transformative session designed to help you relax, reset, and realign your mind, body, and spirit.
Using the ancient practice of sound therapy, this session will guide you into a state of deep relaxation where healing can naturally unfold. Through crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, and other vibrational instruments, you’ll be gently guided into a meditative state that soothes the nervous system, releases tension, and restores energetic balance.
💜 What to Expect:
🎶 Immersive Sound Bath – Let the healing vibrations of sound waves wash over you, promoting deep relaxation.
🌊 Energy Clearing & Alignment – The frequencies of sound help to clear stagnant energy and realign your emotional and physical well-being.
💫 Restorative Relaxation – Lay back, breathe deeply, and allow the power of sound to bring you into a state of pure tranquility.
No experience needed, just come with an open heart and a willingness to receive. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional healing, or a moment of peace, this session will leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced.
