Meet your experienced training facilitator and guide:
Christine Rasmussen is the founder and CEO of Find Your Power Wellness and the lead instructor of the Sound Healer Training. A certified sound healer, yoga teacher, and integrative trauma coach, Christine has spent the past two years building a thriving wellness business rooted in the transformative power of sound. Beginning with intimate sound baths and expanding into large community experiences, she has guided more than 1,500 participants across San Diego—including visitors from across the country and around the world—through deeply restorative sound healing journeys.
With over 300 hours of sound healing facilitation in both group and individual settings, Christine brings extensive hands-on experience, grounded leadership, and a heart-centered approach to her teaching. She has cultivated a vibrant community of more than 1,300 clients who actively engage in her events and offerings. Christine’s work is devoted to bridging science and spirituality while creating safe, grounded, and trauma-informed spaces where true healing and personal empowerment can unfold.
