SOUND GATHERING What happens when we give ourselves space to listen, feel and be moved by sound?
From February 26–28, 2027, you are warmly invited to Ängsbacka for an intimate and immersive weekend exploring our ancient and everyday relationship with sound.
Sound can connect us, ground us and bring us back to the present moment. Throughout the weekend, we will explore the spaces between sound and silence, stillness and movement, and discover different ways of expressing and experiencing our innate musicality.
🌿 What to Expect
- Sound baths and music meditation, creating space for relaxation and inner stillness.
- Voice practices through toning, singing and co-created sound experiences.
- Rhythmic exploration, connecting with primal rhythms and the grounding qualities of sound.
- Yoga and movement, allowing the body to follow and express the natural rhythm of life.
- Opportunities to explore sound together in a playful, creative and deeply present way.
🎶 Sound · Silence · Stillness · Movement
Sound Gathering is an invitation to reconnect with something that has always been part of us. Before words, there was rhythm, vibration, voice and listening.
Through music, sound, movement and moments of silence, we explore how sound can become a pathway into presence, rootedness and renewal.
✨ A Weekend to explore sound
You don't need to consider yourself musical to join. This gathering is about curiosity, experience and connection rather than performance.
Come to explore your voice, listen more deeply, feel the rhythm of your body and experience what can emerge when we create sound together.
The weekend is guided by Mateusz Krawiec, Filip Fišer and Malin Wik, alongside a program of workshops and shared experiences.
