💙 An evening of sound, stillness, connection, and hope.Join PMV for Sound for Hope, a special community sound bath inside the beautiful sanctuary of Grace Episcopal Church in Manchester.
This gathering is an invitation to take an hour for your own well-being while also helping care for others in our community.
Settle onto a yoga mat or make yourself comfortable in one of the church pews (yes, you can lie down) as the sanctuary fills with the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments.
There is nothing you need to achieve and no experience required. Simply come as you are and give yourself permission to slow down, listen, and receive.
💙 YOUR PRESENCE GIVES BACK
Proceeds from Sound for Hope will benefit NAMI New Hampshire, helping further its work providing support, education, and advocacy for people affected by mental illness and suicide.
A portion of the proceeds will also benefit the Contemplative Action Network, in gratitude for helping make this community gathering possible.

All ticket levels receive the same sound experience. Choose the level that feels right and works for you.
✨ WHAT TO EXPECT
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, comfortable layers, and an optional eye covering. Prefer not to lie on the floor? Pews are available for sitting or lying down.
You are always welcome to change positions, keep your eyes open or closed, sit instead of lie down, or step outside if you need a break.
No meditation or sound bath experience is necessary. All are welcome.
Sound begins promptly at 6:30 PM.
