About this Event
This gathering is my answer to the many requests I’ve received for a smaller, more personal experience with more time together to explore my work with sound and ceremony.
My intention is to create a space where you can experience sound more deeply and begin exploring your own relationship with it.
For thousands of years, across cultures and communities, people have gathered in groups large and small around music, rhythm, ceremony, and one another. There is something meaningful about coming together in this way, and these smaller community gatherings allow us to slow down, connect, and experience the work in a more personal setting.
This evening is limited to just 8 people, giving us more time to connect, talk about the work, and be in community together.
We’ll begin with tea and time to settle in, connect, and set an intention for the evening. From there, you’ll get comfortable for a 75-minute meditative sound healing journey using crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, drum, monochord, and other therapeutic instruments.
The sound journey is an opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind, and turn your attention inward. You don’t need any previous meditation or sound healing experience. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself to receive.
After the sound healing, we’ll gently transition back with time for writing, personal reflection, and optional sharing.
