Sound Bowl Healing with Solular
Join us on October 4th at 5 pm for a Sound Bowl Healing Class led by Melissa Schervish of Soulular. This 60-minute immersive session of meditation and sound therapy is meant to promote lasting healing. Crystal singing bowls promote deep healing through vibrational frequencies that resonate within the body. Made from pure quartz crystal, these bowls penetrate to the cellular level, supporting stress relief, focus, improved sleep, and emotional release. They also help regulate blood pressure, heart rate, and energy flow across the body's chakras - its natural healing centers.
