Join Mystic Splendor at In-Body Connection for an evening of relaxation as you're surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and gentle healing instruments designed to help calm the mind, relax the body, and restore your sense of balance.
Whether this is your very first sound bath or you've attended many before, you'll be welcomed into a peaceful, safe space where you can completely unplug from the outside world for an hour.

We provide everything you'll need for a comfortable experience, including:
• Yoga mats
• Pillows
• Blankets
• Drinking water
You're also welcome to bring your favorite blanket, pillow, eye mask, bolster, or any other comfort items from home to make your experience even more relaxing.
Because these sessions are designed to be peaceful and intimate, space is intentionally limited to preserve the healing atmosphere. Advanced registration is highly recommended.
