Sound Bathing Intuitive Flow, Sweat LodgeRelief yourself of the holiday stress and revitalize your Mind, Body, Spirit at this fantastic community connective event.
Jason Hart will lead us in an interactive tribal sound adventure. We'll be tone and harmonize with our voices and instruments. Then go deep into stillness, peace and relaxation.
Jason Kierce will intuitively guide us through a, fun yoga practice. Together we will all co-create this beautiful experience.
After Sound Bathing Flow we'll have a little break then head into the Sweat Lodge to further harmonize the Souls we are with Essential Oil infused steam, breathe work, chair yoga, tribal beats, vocalizing, instrument play and intuition.
Also bring food/ drinks to share fore potluck.
Schedule:
2:30-3:00 Meet and Greet
3:00-4:15 SoundBathing SlowFlow
4:15-4:45 Hangout
4:45-5:45ish SweatLodge (some people stay in much longer)
Then Hangout.
What to bring for SoundBathing SlowFlow:
Water
Yoga mat
Instruments (if you like)
We'll have blankets if you like.
What to bring for SweatLodge:
Water or drinks
2 towels. 1 to sit on and 1 to dry off with
Swim wear
Change of clothes
Snacks and fruit if you like
Musical instrument (if you have any)
Open mind, open heart
Our event is adult drink and smoke friendly.
