YOGA NIDRA SOUND BATH (Yogic Sleep)If your body needs deep rest to recharge and your mind needs a hard reset to sharpen focus and clarity for the weeks ahead, THIS is your sign. Please Note: While this sound bath is called Yoga Nidra, there is no actual yoga movement you will be doing. It is a sound bath with guided meditation.
This immersive sound experience blends the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra (a deeply restful, guided meditation) with the healing resonance of a live sound bath, designed to lull your body into total relaxation while awakening your inner wisdom. No Experience Needed!
As you lie supported and still, you'll journey into a liminal space between sleep and wakefulness, while waves of sound from authentic, premium crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and sacred instruments gently wash over you, clearing tension and realigning your energetic body.
