Sound Bath with the Herd | December 5th There is something so special about the connection between sound, nature, and horses, and I am incredibly grateful to be partnering with Forest Reverie Farm to bring these experiences together.
Imagine the crisp December air, wrapping yourself in warm blankets, feeling the earth beneath you, and allowing the vibrations of the singing bowls to mingle with the sounds of the pasture and the gentle movement of hooves on the ground.
There’s no one way to experience this.
You might choose to lie back, close your eyes, and settle into deep rest. Or you might prefer to sit comfortably, take in the sounds, watch the horses, and simply enjoy being present.
However you choose to receive it, my hope is to create a space for connection, reflection, and restoration, surrounded by the beautiful horses of Forest Reverie Farm.
