Soundbaths help to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by using entrainment. Think of two tuning forks and how activating one will automatically cause the other to vibrate similarly. By using frequency, our brainwaves and other energy centers in our bodies begin to shift into optimal frequency. Sound baths also affect consciousness allowing to drift into alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state). Tammy uses 432hz tuned crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, drumming, tuning forks and other vibrational instruments in her intuitively guided reiki infused sound baths and private sessions.

Tammy is a sound healer, reiki master - Holy Fire III, Karuna, Violet Flame, intuitive and a lifelong learner of spirituality and healing modalities. She's a mother of four amazing adult children, grandmother and former math teacher. She has traveled with circles of shamans and healers - initially for her own grief journey. In these travels to sacred sites, she found healing through the "medicine" of sound and energy. These experiences also enabled her to connect with her late husband, Norm, her father, other ancestors and divine spirit guides. She was quickly led to begin to use her own latent abilities in energy work and channeling to guide and facilitate growth & healing.
Spirit works quick when you "tune" in!
Within two months of learning reiki, she was hired by a trauma therapist in 2018 to assist clients' healing with reiki, meditation and sound therapy. Soon after she became a partner with two licensed trauma counselors at The Violet Flame Healing Center in St. Clair Shores, MI where she facilitated many circles such as Sound Healing, Intuitive Development, Reiki Shares, Past Life Regression and Shamanic Journeys. She now co-owns High Heart Healing Center in Shelby Twp. where she provides individual healing sessions using energy & sound healing, soul retrieval, past life regression, inner child healing, Access Bars, Theta Healing and intuitive readings. She continues to facilitate circles there and at Olympia Salon's Spirituality Suite, the Heaven on Earth Well-Being Energy Enhancement Center and various community mental health organizations, private residences and holistic fairs throughout Michigan.
One of her main passions is vibrational healing. After being so profoundly personally affected by sound therapy with crystal bowls and tuning forks she began researching the science behind it. This took her full circle back to math and the connection to Pythagorean and fibonacci principles, sacred geometry and quantum physics.
Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Whether through the use of mantras, chants, Tibetan & crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments, these techniques all help to move one from a place of imbalance to a place of balance, dance and flow.
Tammy's advice -
Raise your vibration. This could be through community, nature, breathwork, reiki, prayer, sound, yoga, etc.
Ask the questions, "What is the source of my blocks - physical, spiritual & emotional?"
Listen. Through signs and synchronicities, you will be divinely guided to the answers or to someone who can help.
Rinse and repeat- It's a lifelong process but bask in the miracles along the way!
