The event is an immersion into the traditional sound healing of the Himalayas. When combined with yoga nidra and breath, as has been known for thousands of years , this work can bring deep calibration of the nervous system and energy. A bit about me , I trained in Nepal on the very instruments I sought and brought back. Many of which are hundreds of years old that form a link back to the old traditions and lineages of the masters who were the custodians before me.
