About this Event
Sound Bath
With Lara
Welcome to a space where sound becomes a tool for restoration, balance, and altered states of consciousness.
My sound bath events are immersive, meditative experiences designed to help you release stress, restore energetic harmony, and reconnect with your inner self. Each session is crafted with intention, using a blend of instruments, somatic tools, and the natural dynamics of sound.
I would love to see you there!
