As autumn draws us inward, this evening is an invitation to slow down after the fullness of summer and gather your energy back to yourself.About this Event
Allow yourself to settle into the sounds and vibrations of instruments from the ancient and modern world, as resonant tones, rhythm and silence gently guide you towards deeper rest, meditation and relaxation. There is nothing you need to achieve, work out or be good at.
