Bring a yoga mat with you, or experience the sound bath seated in a chair - the healing effect is the same.
Please wear loose fitting and comfortable clothes, in layers that you might be able to add or remove.
You might want to bring a cushion and/or blanket with you.
Please also bring some drinking water.
