Sound Bath Sundays
One Sunday morning each month, we gather to slow down and rest in a quiet, welcoming space. Each session is guided by a gentle intention and woven with crystal bowls, chimes, and resonant tones that meet you exactly where you are at.
There is nothing you need to know and nothing you need to do other than be as comfortable as possible, and keep inviting your awareness to come back to the sounds in the space if your mind wanders.
Sound works in subtle but powerful ways. The vibrations move through the body like soft waves, inviting your nervous system to settle and your breath to deepen. Tension begins to loosen. The mind softens. The body remembers how to rest.
This is a space to land. To regulate. To reconnect.
Rooted in sound.
Anchored in stillness.
Guided by deep listening.
What to Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, pillow and/or bolster for under your knees, eye pillow/eyemask for added darkness if you prefer.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. The Doors will be closed at 10:30AM sharp, and any late arrivals will not be permitted to attend.
There is limited parking in front of the clinic, so you may need to park in the TD Bank parking lot.

What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a short grounding practice to help you settle in and arrive.
From there, you’ll lie back and rest in the sound. The only things you need to do are make yourself as comfortable as possible and gently bring your attention back to the sounds in the space whenever your mind wanders. That’s it.
As the session comes to a close, we’ll take a few minutes to ground again so you can transition back feeling steady and clear.
About your Host
Becca is a sound and energy practitioner living on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the scəw̓aθən (Tsawwassen) Peoples. A lifelong musician and Certified Integrative Energy Healing Practitioner (Langara College), she combines sound, Reiki, and energy work to support whole-being wellness- body, mind, and spirit.
Drawing from her own healing journey, Becca creates intentional spaces where others can reconnect with themselves and restore balance. Her work centers on the use of sound frequencies to influence brainwave states, support nervous system regulation, and promote embodied awareness.
