Already feeling overwhelmed by thoughts of Thanksgiving prep? Take a breath - we’ve got you ☺️Holiday stress is real, but you don’t have to carry it with you into Thanksgiving week. Join us at FXR for a 60-minute sound bath dedicated purely to relaxing your nervous system and clearing your head.
This soothing sanctuary is created in our yoga room by warming candlelit, comfy mood lighting, and the calming tones of crystal singing bowls, performed by Bethany Noble from The Guided Key. To ensure complete comfort, we recommend bringing yoga mats, pillows, blankets, etc.
