Hey Regina! Come experience a Sound Journey by Sound Haven Wellness!A Sound Journey is a live soundscape of vibration, frequency, rhythm and silence, creating an ever-changing sensory experience around you.
You’ll first be guided toward a comfortable, relaxed state. Then, there’s nothing to do but listen, notice and allow yourself to be where you are. Sound weaves in around you, creating an immersive experience. In the end, there is silence and a slow integration back into your surroundings.
There is no right way to experience it and nothing you need to accomplish.
What you may notice:
• Your body settling into a deeper sense of ease
• More spaciousness and quiet within your thoughts
• A heightened awareness of breath and physical sensation
• A feeling of being fully present and absorbed in the moment
• A sense of something having shifted, cleared or renewed by the time you leave
What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Eye mask, if desired (extras will be provided)
• Water
• Comfortable clothing
