Maybe you've been holding a lot lately. Maybe you're just curious. Either way, are you ready to put down whatever you've been carrying, even for an hour?
Slow, steady sound gives your body something to follow. Breathing slows. Muscles soften. Your nervous system gets the message that it's safe to stand down.
That's what a sound journey is for. You lie down. I play the bowls, the drum and the bells. The sound does the work, so you don't have to.
If you cry, that's welcome. If you drift off to sleep, that's welcome. If you feel nothing at all, that's welcome too.
No experience needed. No right way. Come as you are, whatever that looks like tonight.
Please bring with you a pillow and a yoga mate, water and a blanket to keep you warm.

• Please avoid recreational drugs for 72 hours and alcohol for 24 hours before the session (prescribed Medic*tion is fine).
