Join us on the farm for a soul-soothing sound bath. Surrounded by the sounds of the farm, you'll be guided into deep rest through the resonate tones of crystal singing bowls.
This is a space to pause. To breathe. To let go.
Whether you're seeking stillness, emotional release, or simply a moment of peace, the earth and the power of sound will hold you.
After the sound bath, guests are welcome to walk the walnut grove trail and watch for fireflies as they begin to glow. Firefly sightings depend on weather and timing, but the evening will be a gentle opportunity to connect with nature, sound, and the magic of twilight. Most fireflies are active by 9:45pm at this time of year.

What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket or a sweater depending on weather, and water to stay hydrated.
