Sound Bath Meditation – Issaquah | Gibson Hall

This immersive sound experience is guided through a refined blend of crystal singing bowls (432 Hz), Tibetan singing bowls, gong, and chimes. Each element is intentionally selected and woven into a carefully curated soundscape designed to support deep restoration.

I create a safe and supportive space where people can relax, reset, and gently restore balance — mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Following the session, you are warmly invited to remain for tea or hot cocoa, allowing for a gradual and grounded transition back into the evening.

Pillows, hygienic covers, and eye masks are provided for your comfort. Guests are kindly asked to bring a yoga mat. A limited number of cushioned armchairs are available upon request.

Parking is available on nearby streets. Availability may vary, so arriving 15 minutes early is recommended to ensure a calm and unhurried arrival.
