Join us for a gentle, supportive sound bath for women navigating the heartbreak of pregnancy loss, stillbirth, infertility, or infant loss.
About this Event

As therapists who have both professional and personal experience with grief, we know that each circumstance can alter your world completely. Healing doesn't mean forgetting or moving on. It means giving yourself grace as your world expands around the pain.

This is a sacred space and a quiet haven to rest, reflect, grieve, hope, and attune to the parts of you that feel heavy, messy, or unseen. Beyond the restorative stillness of the sound bath, this gathering offers the comfort of being held in community with women who truly understand the depth of this specific journey.

No expectations, no pressure to share, and no prior experience necessary. Come exactly as you are. You are welcome here.

Led by:

Sarah DiFederico is a Registered Social Worker who specializes in working with trauma and the nervous system. Sarah has walked the path of late pregnancy loss and holds a deeply compassionate, lived understanding of the profound weight this grief carries. Her practice bridges clinical trauma-informed care with a gentle, somatic approach to help support nervous system regulation.

Tara Marshall is a Registered Clinical Counselor who specializes in working with trauma and is passionate about supporting women as they heal and helping guide them to reconnect with themselves as they recover. Unfortunately, the reality is that life goes on after a traumatic experience; women face the challenge of figuring out how to navigate the complexities of their lives moving forward. Tara is grateful to offer a healing place for women who have experienced pregnancy loss, infertility, and infant loss to gather, and has witnessed the therapeutic value of these specialized women-only sound bath groups.

Sibéal Clinton is a Butterfly Support Network peer mentor and bereaved mother who experienced the loss of her daughter, Aoibheann, shortly after her birth in 2023. Through her own experience of infant loss, Sibéal has developed a deep understanding of the unique and often isolating journey of bereaved parents. She is passionate about creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and understood, and about connecting bereaved families with community and resources.
