A sound bath is a deeply immersive listening experience where you rest comfortably while live instruments create evolving layers of vibration and tone. There’s nothing to do and no prior experience needed — simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sound to wash over you. Many people find it helps them slow their thoughts, release physical tension, and feel more settled in their body and mind.
People attend sound baths to rest deeply, reset their nervous system, and step out of constant doing — even briefly.
