Take time to relax and unwind at this calming sound bath at Jean Stokes Community Centre. During the session you will lie down comfortably while gentle sounds and vibrations fill the room, creating a peaceful space to rest and reset.

The sound bath includes crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, crystal harp, gong, chimes and other instruments that create layers of soothing sound.

Please bring a blanket, pillow and yoga mat so you can relax comfortably on the floor. Arriving on time is important so the session can begin quietly without interruption.
