Synopsis: This one day course looks to provide you with an in-depth understanding of how best to achieve success when doing your Anterior Composite restorations. Using Ivoclar Vivadents Empress Direct composite system, Dr Albaldawi will share her philosophy, workflow and clinical techniques with you throughout the day. Allowing participants to improve their knowledge of the correct preparation, bonding, contouring and polishing of their composite restorations.
Furthermore, it will increase participants understanding of choosing the correct shade, internal effects and occlusal adjustments to help you achieve a natural , aesthetic appearance while maintaining perfect function. All method and techniques work to the tutors experience and consider the manufacturers guide.
Aims: The aim of this all new hands on course is to teach delegates a structured workflow to help them improve their anterior direct composite restorations. Using the techniques learned on the course will ensure delegates have the best foundation to develop and continually improve their restorations throughout their career.
A full explanation will be given on the Empress Direct composite system to ensure delegates understand how to get the very best from each material, maximising their results.
Using Typodont course models, delegates will use several approaches including the Optrasculpt system to restore the most common cases seen in everyday practice, edge bonding, a CL IV and composite veneer placement.
Delegates will be shown the Optragloss system to ensure a quick and easy approach to achieving perfect polishing results
