Melt away the stress of city life with an immersive sound experience
About this Event

This 60-minute Sound Bath experience is guided by Consuelo Cogrossi — yoga teacher, somatic coach, and trained sound facilitator — using singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes.

Bathe in soothing vibrations, with a soundscape designed to calm your nervous system, quiet your mind and enter a state of deep rest.

There’s no movement or effort involved — just a chance to slow down, receive, and reset.

You’ll leave feeling restored, spacious, and grounded — with a calm that lingers long after the last note fades.
