Join us at Sound at Number 11, an intimate home studio in Shepherd’s Bush, for a small-group sound bath with just five guests.
Immerse yourself in the sounds of crystal singing bowls.
An unhurried atmosphere, warm fire and beautiful setting with snacks and tea. Sound at Number 11 offers a uniquely nourishing venue to experience the healing properties of Sound Healing frequency.
Why sound?
Sometimes it’s difficult to become still, even when we want to.
If you’re drawn to meditation but find sitting in silence challenging, a sound bath offers another way in: Resonant frequency journeys create a meditative experience without force.
My practice is rooted in lived experience of how sound, resonance and frequency affect us physically and emotionally. Sound is vibration, the experience can feel deeply sensory: you may notice shifts in attention, access to grief, and past experiences and memories or a growing sense of ease. Each person and each sound bath is a unique experience.
Studies of singing-bowl sessions suggest that they help reduce feelings of stress and tension. Some have also observed changes in physiological measures such as heart rate, suggesting a possible relaxation response. Research is still developing, and each person’s experience is different.
You’re welcome whether you’re seeking rest, a way into meditation, a deeper connection with yourself, or simply the chance to explore how sound feels.

No experience is needed. There is nothing to achieve, and no particular way you’re supposed to feel.
Arrival and location
Please arrive at 6:15pm, giving yourself 15 minutes to settle in before the 6:30pm start.
Sound at Number 11 is in Shepherd’s Bush, West London, around a 10-minute walk from the tube station. The full address and arrival details will be provided with your booking.
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, bring an eye mask if you like.
