It’s a chance to step out of the busyness of everyday life, lie down, and simply rest. There is nothing to do and nowhere to be — just time to rest and allow the body and mind to settle.
Using a combination of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, along with other gentle instruments, sound is used to support deep rest, with space for the mind and body to settle.
Each session is held with care and sensitivity, creating a shared atmosphere of calm while allowing everyone to experience the sound in their own way.
No experience is needed.
No beliefs or expectations.
Just come as you are.
You’ll be warmly welcomed into the space, given time to settle and get comfortable, and gently supported into rest through sound.
