Monthly Friday evening sound baths in HayesJoin me for a deeply relaxing sound bath at Victory Social Club, Hayes on Friday 6th November 7-8pm.
Ease gently into your weekend with a Friday evening Sound Bath, a soothing meditative experience designed to help you leave the demands of the week behind. As you arrive, you will be offered a warm herbal tea to help you settle into your space. The session begins with my soothing voice guiding you through a calming body scan meditation. The rich and evocative sounds and vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments then carry you on a journey, inviting you into a state of deep relaxation where stress can melt away and the nervous system can unwind. Join us in this beautiful setting to give yourself the gift of stillness, rest and restoration, creating space to reconnect with yourself before the weekend begins.
