This gentle Sound Healing Bath combines guided body scan meditation, intention setting, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, a Native American Pueblo drum, Shamanic Amazon flute, and Shiwido™. These calming vibrations are designed to quiet the mind, ease tension, and promote a sense of peace, balance, and deep relaxation.
