Invite your body, heart, and mind to join with gentle, soothing, healing vibrations of sound. You will be guided by Valerie Woodard of Inner Labyrinth Healing, into harmonizing breath, mantra and visualization, lifting you towards peaceful inner space where you can experience deep rest and connect with the whispers of your heart. Profound vibrational resonances will nurture you with a revolving combination of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, hand-pan, ocean drum, gong, and more. Each sound bath is intuitively created to provide deep relaxation, inner alignment, and rejuvenation.
Each participant will be gifted a crystal that pertains to the evening's theme.
Yoga mats, pillows and blankets are provided. Please bring any items to make your experience the most comfortable.
