When difficult situations arise, it’s natural to feel disturbed, defensive, frustrated or hurt. We often look outside ourselves and wish the situation — or another person — would change.
However, the deeper source of conflict can be found in our own reactions: anger, frustration, defensiveness and the tendency to see things solely from our own point of view.
