Join us for an afternoon sound bath meditation, where the healing tones of crystal bowls, wooden flutes, pan drums, and chimes guide you into deep relaxation and presence.
Led by Dante Baker — a licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher, and sound healing practitioner.
This session uses vibrational sound to help release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance. Each instrument's tone is believed to correspond to a different energy center in the body, working together to bring you into harmony.
What to expect:
- A guided introduction to settle into a relaxed, receptive state
- A full sound bath using wooden drone flute, pan drum, and Healing Yantra drum
- Time to simply lie back, breathe, and let the vibrations do the work
No experience necessary.
