Our first Monday gathering offers an immersive combination of guided meditation, sound, rhythm, breath, and quiet reflection.
What is a Sound Bath? A sound bath is a relaxing experience using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic sounds and vibrations. Rather than having to “do” meditation, participants are invited to simply listen and receive. The repetitive, soothing sounds can encourage relaxation, help quiet mental chatter, and provide the body with an opportunity to slow down and settle.
Why Drumming? Rhythm gives the body something steady to follow. Repetitive drumming can support grounding, focused attention, emotional expression, movement, and connection with others. You don’t need musical experience—or even a drum—to participate. You can listen, clap, tap, move, or simply feel the rhythm. Together, these practices offer a gentle opportunity to step away from the demands of the week and practice returning to the present moment.
Whether you join us in person or from home, the invitation is the same: pause, listen, breathe, and give your nervous system an opportunity to settle.
No experience is necessary. Come as you are.
