Sound Bath Experience
Step away from the noise and give yourself an evening to slow down, unplug, and restore.
Our Monthly Sound Bath is an immersive gong and sound experience featuring the deep sounds and vibrations of the gong, singing bowls, and other sound instruments. Settle in, get comfortable, and allow the sound to create space for stillness, relaxation, and intentional recovery.
Each month brings a slightly different experience and may also include breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, or other restorative practices. No prior experience is needed simply come comfortable and ready to slow down.
The Monthly Sound Bath represents the recovery side of Feel Good Fitness. Strength and movement matter, and so does knowing when to slow down and recover. The messaging should remain calm, grounded, modern, and approachable, emphasizing relaxation, stillness, intentional recovery, stress reduction, unplugging, and nervous-system regulation.
