Sound Bath Experience | Tucson
Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a deeply relaxing sound experience at The Healing Hub in Tucson.
Our Sound Bath Experience combines the immersive sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and a variety of other instruments to create a peaceful environment for rest, reflection, and intentional stillness.
Each session is thoughtfully facilitated as a gradual sound journey, allowing you to settle into the space, slow down, and reconnect with yourself.
No previous experience with meditation or sound baths is required.
Schedule
Weekly Sound Bath Experience
Beginning in October, our regular schedule includes:
- Thursdays at 7:00 PM
- Saturdays at 2:00 PM
- Saturdays at 5:30 PM
Please select your preferred date and time when purchasing your ticket and always confirm the session shown on your ticket before completing your reservation.
Halloween Special - October 31
On Saturday, October 31, we will offer one special Sound Bath Experience at 2:00 PM.
This Halloween-inspired afternoon session will feature a unique immersive atmosphere and seasonal visuals while maintaining the relaxing and restorative experience of our traditional Sound Bath.
There will be no 5:30 PM session on October 31.
Join us for an intentional pause before the evening's Halloween festivities begin.
What to Expect
During the experience, you will be invited to settle comfortably on your yoga mat, close your eyes, relax, and allow the sounds to move through the space around you.
Our Sound Bath Experiences are designed to offer intentional time to:
- Slow down and disconnect from everyday distractions
- Create space for relaxation and reflection
- Release mental and emotional tension
- Experience stillness in a supportive environment
- Reconnect with your sense of balance and presence
- Pause, release, and reset
Every Sound Bath is slightly different depending on the instruments, facilitators, and energy of the room.
Please Bring
We recommend bringing:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket
- A pillow or bolster
- Anything else that helps you rest comfortably for approximately one hour
Yoga mats are also available at The Healing Hub at no additional cost.
The room can feel cooler while lying still, so bringing a light blanket is recommended.
Comfort & Accessibility
You do not need to lie on the floor to participate.
Reclining chairs are available for guests who have difficulty getting down to or up from the floor, experience limited mobility, or simply require additional physical support.
Please contact us in advance if you would like us to reserve a recliner so our team can prepare the space before your arrival.
For your comfort and safety, please also let us know in advance if you use a pacemaker, hearing device, or have any accessibility needs.
Arrive Early & Experience The Healing Hub
Doors typically open one hour before the scheduled Sound Bath.
Please refer to your selected Eventbrite ticket for the exact check-in and session start time.
We encourage you to arrive early so you can:

- Settle into the space without rushing
- Connect with our community
- Explore The Healing Hub before the experience begins
Guests are also welcome to visit our Crystal Gallery and explore our collection of crystals, jewelry, Egyptian perfumes, spices, vitamins, wellness products, structured water, and other offerings available throughout the space.

Door tickets are subject to availability.
Eventbrite service fees may apply to online purchases.
Advance reservations are recommended, particularly for popular dates, since availability is limited and Early Bird tickets may sell out.
Photography & Video
We occasionally capture photos and videos during our events to share the atmosphere and experiences available at The Healing Hub.
By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photography or video used for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, simply let our team know when you arrive. We will respect your preference.
Refund & Transfer Policy
Refunds are available up to 7 days before your scheduled session.
If you are unable to attend within 7 days of the event, please contact us before your scheduled start time.
Although the ticket will no longer qualify for a monetary refund, we may transfer your reservation one time to another available date of the same experience.
If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend. Contact us before the event begins and our team will assist you with transferring your ticket to another available session.
Refunds or transfers are not available for no-shows or requests submitted after the scheduled event has started.
