Join us as we cross the veil this Halloween and come get your tuneup before walking amidst the ghouls and goblins. We have a special guest performing with us this month, Yvette Klepinger on a 3rd set of bowls for lots of healing vibrations. Aaron and Penelope are still ghost in the wind who may be able to appear if we all say Beetlejuice three times or perhaps sing Day-O so the office moves itself we won't know till the day of. It's sure to be a good time as always, no matter what.
It is getting cold so we will be back inside for a bit.

We do try to keep our cost to a minimum; however, we do this to bring healing to our community, if cost is ever an issue, please show up a little early and talk to one of us.
A limited amount of yoga mats, folding chairs, blankets and some pillows are provided. You are invited to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, or reclining chair to enhance your comfort and relaxing experience.
A sound bath is an immersive experience of resonant sounds that can relax your body and mind. It is like yoga - without the exercise. Sound baths can benefit those with stress, anxiety, insomnia, and more. You don't have to do anything except relax and listen! Turn off your phone and come to lovingly, consciously engage with the present moment.
