Sound Bath at Woodlands Garden

Join us for a restorative sound bath in the garden pavilion at Woodlands Garden in Decatur. Surrounded by fresh air and the gentle sounds of nature, you’ll be guided through a meditative experience offering space for regulation and restoration through vibration, sound and energy. Come share stillness and sound in nature and in community.

This gathering will be taking place during the Fairies in the Garden celebration at Woodlands Garden, in partnership with Skyland Trail and Hillside Atlanta. Explore the gardens after our sound bath and find fairy homes hidden throughout!
