The Memphis Parks Aquatics Department is bringing its free Sound Healing Experience to the Orange Mound Community Center Pool! Join us on Wednesday, November 18, from 5-6 p.m. or 6:15-7:15 p.m.
Come float, relax, and release as instructor Arielle guides you through gentle breathwork and meditation in the water. Open to adults ages 18 and up.
Be sure to bring a bathing suit, swim cap, and beach towel.
