NEW!! Workshop: Sound Bath at Milaeger’s
We’re excited to bring something completely NEW to Milaeger’s — our very first Sound Bath Experience! Never experienced a sound bath before? This is the perfect opportunity to try one. A sound bath is a relaxing experience where you simply get comfortable, close your eyes and allow yourself to unwind while being surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of instruments such as singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic sound tools under the beautiful lights in the expo greenhouse at Milaeger’s. There’s no water involved — despite the name! Instead, you’re “bathed” in layers of sound and vibration designed to create a peaceful environment where you can slow down, quiet your mind and simply rest.
No experience, movement or meditation skills are required. All you have to do is show up, get comfortable and enjoy. Mel from Sheepish in Racine, is certified in Sound & Vibrational healing and will guide us through the sound bath creating an immersive experience designed for relaxation and restoration. Your experience also includes an essential oil sampler to experience and use during the sound bath, adding another sensory element to your evening.
What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable blanket, pillow and water — whatever will help you create a cozy space to relax. Please, no snacks during the experience.
Limited mobility? You can absolutely participate! We can accommodate guests who would prefer to experience the sound bath seated in a chair. Please let us know ahead of time if you will need a chair.
Come as you are, get comfortable and give yourself permission to simply be for an hour. The Introductory Cost for this all-inclusive event ticket is $25 plus tax. Pre-register in stores or online now!
We will be supporting the Woman’s Resource center by collecting cash donations (donations are optional.) All donations from this event will benefit the Women’s Resource Center, allowing your evening of relaxation to also help support women in our community.
