Enjoy a relaxing midweek reset! Join us for a free Sound Healing Experience on Wednesday, October 28, from 11 a.m.–12 p.m. or 12:15–1:15 p.m. at Hickory Hill Aquatic Center.Come float, relax, and release as instructor Arielle guides you through gentle breathwork and meditation in the water.
This FREE Sound Healing Experience, hosted by the Memphis Parks Aquatics Department, is open to adults ages 18 and up.
Be sure to bring a bathing suit, swim cap, and beach towel.
