The Garden Sound Healing is at Greengate!
Imagine stepping into a warm, beautiful greenhouse surrounded by lush greenery and natural light, and settling into an hour of complete relaxation. Greengate creates a unique atmosphere that feels peaceful, grounding, and connected to nature, making it a magical setting for an experience focused on mindfulness and well-being.
This is a one hour group sound bath where you will bathe in the beautiful vibrational frequencies from the singing bowls and chimes that tap into full body/mind relaxation. $35 each. Space is very limited, so book now!
*This is a very beautiful, but public space and we cannot control that there may be other sounds during the session.
YOU WILL NEED:
-yoga mat
-blanket
-cushion/pillow
-anything that will make you comfortable laying/sitting on the floor
-water bottle
