About this Event
Join us for a deeply nourishing Sound Bath Experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. Through a blend of gentle stretching, intention setting, guided relaxation, and immersive sound healing, you’ll be invited into a meditative state where the body can soften and the mind can rest.
Using a variety of instruments tuned to stimulate and balance each chakra, this experience supports your body’s natural energetic system while calming the nervous system and creating a sense of ease, spaciousness, and inner harmony.
This event is part of our Lotus and Lion Winter Festival happening at Eldorado Yoga Ashram December 4-6. As part of the festival the sound bath is free but we welcome all donations. Come early to secure your spot!
