Settle onto your mat as you’re guided into relaxation, followed by the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls.
No yoga or sound bath experience is needed. Come comfortable and ready to relax.
Please bring a yoga mat and eye mask. You’re also welcome to bring a blanket or pillow for extra comfort.
