About this Event
🎃 Come and join me for a spooktacularly peaceful and soul-nourishing sound bath in the forest! I will be hosting this event in my backyard, where we will be surrounded by nature. Soak in the sounds of the crystal bowls and the birds – and breathe in the fresh air amongst the trees. This is a transformational opportunity to quiet the outside world so that you can go within – a space to feel your own peaceful presence, to recalibrate, rebalance, and reset your energy.
🎃 Spiritually, Halloween, All Hallows’ Eve, Samhain, etc. is a time when the boundary between our physical world and the energetic or spirit realm thins. This can allow for closer communion with ancestors and supportive spirits. It offers a dedicated time to remember, thank, and heal relationships with those who passed before us. By acknowledging our roots, we draw on the accumulated wisdom and strength of our ancestors to help guide our current path.
🎃 This is also a time to honor the sacred void. In the spiritual cycle, death is never final; it is the necessary precursor to rebirth. It reminds us that resting in the stillness and the unknown is essential before any new spark of life can begin to grow in the spring.

🌲 The powerful healing sounds of crystal bowls and nature. Crystal bowl sound healing is a vibrational therapy that uses pure quartz crystal bowls to promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and physical healing. Each bowl is typically tuned to a specific musical note that corresponds to one of the body's seven main chakras or energy centers.
🌲 Channeled vocal toning by Kaitlyn - to help assist in grounding, clearing, and activating your energy. A space of conscious connection with your body, mind, and soul.
🌲 A supportive and healing space to allow your nervous system to rest, release, and reset.
🌞 Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket (I’ll have a few available to use), a sweatshirt or layers! I’ll be facilitating the sound bath outside on my deck, and well…we know how Washington weather is.
⭐️ If the weather is really rainy, we may need to move the sound bath inside! ⭐️
